Shipping and Returns
Our company provides delivery of goods almost worldwide. We offer free shipping to the EU, the UK, the USA and Canada, i.e. to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the Holy See (Vatican City State). Delivery of goods is carried out in cooperation with postal service providers and their partners. The delivery method and delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s chosen address, as well as on external factors that cannot be influenced (customs regulations, weather conditions, force majeure, etc.).
In Slovakia: 1-3 days
Within Europe: 2-5 days
Outside Europe: 3-10 days
We strive to process every order without undue delay, where possible, and to provide the customer with all necessary related information; however, our company does not guarantee the indicative delivery time stated above, as it depends on the specific delivery address provided by the customer.
Customs fees
Customs fees and duties are not included in the price of the watch. The customer is responsible for paying customs fees in full if assessed by the relevant authorities. The amount of customs fees cannot be determined in advance, as it depends on the specific delivery address provided by the customer. Please note that customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
Goods Return
Customers have the right to return ordered goods within 30 days of receipt if the goods and their original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Customers wishing to exercise their right to return goods should contact us in advance at returns@jacobguldan.com. The customer, in the role of the buyer, is responsible for all postage or transport costs for returning the goods to the seller.
