Watch Care
Leather straps have a delicate protective finish, so we recommend avoiding contact with water, oil, cosmetics, and other liquids. Leather is a natural material and may change color, harden, or become damaged over time when exposed to water.
After setting the watch, always make sure that the crown is fully pushed in. This helps protect the case from moisture, dust, and other impurities. Never adjust the crown when the watch is wet or in contact with water.
The watch is certified to a 5 ATM standard, which means increased water resistance during everyday wear, such as accidental splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend wearing it while bathing, showering, swimming, using a sauna, or diving. The watch is not a diving watch, and the leather strap is not designed for prolonged contact with water.
We particularly recommend avoiding contact with salt water, chlorinated water, or chemically treated water, as this may negatively affect the appearance and lifespan of the case, seals, and leather strap. If the watch comes into contact with water, gently dry it with a soft, dry cloth.
Any dirt on the case can be removed by gently rubbing it with a cloth designed for jewelry, or by entrusting the watch to a professional jeweler or watchmaker.
The battery supplied with the watch usually lasts 24 months and can be replaced when needed. We recommend having the battery replaced by a specialist, such as a professional jeweler or watchmaker.
