On this page, you can electronically request to cancel an order or withdraw from the purchase contract using the form below.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason. In our store, we provide a 30-day period for withdrawal from the contract and return of goods, starting from the day you receive the goods. If the order is delivered in multiple parts, the 30-day period starts from the day you receive the last part of the order.
If your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you may also request cancellation of the order using the form below.

To withdraw from the contract or request a return, please complete the electronic form below. In the form, provide your full name, email address, order number or other order identification, and the goods covered by the withdrawal.
After completing the form, first click the Continue button. Then review the information you entered and click the Confirm withdrawal from contract button. By doing so, you submit an electronic notice of withdrawal from the contract.
After submitting the form, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal notice without undue delay to the email address provided in the form. The confirmation will include the information from your notice and the date and time of submission.
Please send the goods back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you submitted the withdrawal notice.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
We will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than within the statutory period. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the order, unless we agree otherwise.
The goods must be returned complete and, where possible, in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or to goods made or modified to measure according to the consumer’s specific requirements. For our products, this exception applies in particular to watches that have been individually modified, personalized or customized at the customer’s request in such a way that they cannot be returned to their original saleable condition.
